Yes! A Santa Speaking call is a real back-and-forth conversation. Your child can ask Santa anything, and he answers right then and there.

Santa Speaking calls aren't free, because each one is a live conversation with Santa. Calls start at $44.95 and include a free keepsake recording. Free apps and hotlines usually offer recorded messages, so if you'd love for your child to really talk with Santa, this is the call for you.

For larger families, cousins, or groups, add the $5 larger family option when you book (6 to 8 minutes), and Santa will make sure every child feels special. Yes! Santa calls families all over the world at no extra charge. When you book, the scheduler shows Santa's available times in your own time zone, so just pick a time that works for your family.

Santa calls within the hour you choose. For example, if you pick 7:15, he'll call sometime between 7 and 8. You'll get a confirmation email when you book, and a text reminder 2 hours before your call.

It usually shows "Restricted" or "Unknown." Every so often a phone carrier or call blocker stops Santa's line, and he'll call from a different number instead. Please answer every call during your hour.

Turn off "Silence Unknown Callers" or any call-blocking app before your call time, and keep your ringer on.

Don't worry, Santa will try again! Every child gets their call before Christmas Eve.

Santa talks with chatty kids and shy kids every day. If your child is quiet, he'll gently keep the conversation going, knowing they're listening to every word. Often the real magic comes after they hang up, when they can't stop talking about the day Santa called.

Yes. Santa passes a background check, and your child's details are used only for the call and deleted within 30 days.

Yes, free with every call. Your keepsake recording usually arrives by email within 24 hours. On the busiest days of the season it may take a couple of days. If it hasn't arrived by then, check your spam folder, then send the Elves a note.
