How a Call from Santa Works

Choose the hour that works best for your family. The scheduler shows Santa's open times in your own time zone, so families all over the world can book.

Santa calls every day from 10am to 8pm Central, starting the day after Thanksgiving.

Tell Santa a little about your child

Share their name, age, best friend, teacher, pets, a few wish-list favorites, and something they've been working hard on. Brief is best, and you can edit the details anytime before the call.

Get ready for the phone to ring

You'll get a confirmation email when you book, and a text reminder 2 hours before your call. Turn off "Silence Unknown Callers" and keep your ringer on. Caller ID usually shows "Restricted" or "Unknown."

Santa calls, live from the North Pole!

Within the hour you picked, Santa calls and weaves your details into a real, back-and-forth conversation. Put him on speaker so the whole family can hear, and get ready to watch their face light up.

Calls run 3 to 5 minutes, or 6 to 8 minutes with the larger family option.

Your free keepsake recording of Santa's call arrives by email, usually within 24 hours. Families play it again every Christmas.
