Santa should feel like Santa
The mall Santa didn't know their name, the visit was over in a flash, and for a lot of little ones, he was more scary than magical. We knew children deserved better.
So, with a whole lot of help from the Elves, we gave Santa a phone and made every call personal. Santa knows their name, their best friend, and what's on their wish list. He sings Christmas carols right along with them, laughs with Mrs. Claus in the background, and shares stories about Frosty and the reindeer. Every detail is as real as we could possibly imagine!
Families loved it, and so did the press
Santa Speaking has been featured on TODAY, Good Morning America, CNN, FOX, NPR, USA Today, the AP, Parents, Rachael Ray, The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal.
2020: Santa's phone line, reintroduced
When malls and parades closed in 2020, we reintroduced Santa's phone line so children could still share their wish lists with Santa, safely from home.
The phone has been ringing every Christmas since, with more than 70,000 calls to children all over the world!
A note from our founder
I started Santa Speaking for my own two little girls. I wanted them to have a Santa who felt truly magical, and to keep the Spirit of Santa alive for families everywhere.
Over the years I went on to build other companies, but I always came back to this one. Believing in something bigger than ourselves matters, maybe now more than ever. Every Christmas, I'm grateful we get to help families keep that magic alive.
