Every Christmas season, the Elves hear the same question from moms and dads: "What is Santa's phone number?" Here's everything we can tell you without landing on the Naughty List! 🎄
What is Santa's phone number?
Santa doesn't give out a personal phone number. He keeps it tucked away at the North Pole, or the Elves would never get any toys made! The way to really talk with Santa is to have him call you. With Santa Speaking, you pick a day and time, and Santa rings your phone during the hour you choose.
Is there a number my child can call to talk to Santa?
Some free hotlines let children call and leave Santa a voicemail. They're a sweet way to send a wish list to the North Pole, but your child won't be talking with Santa. If you'd love for your child to hear Santa answer back, a live phone call is the way to go.
Can my child really talk to Santa on the phone?
Yes! A Santa Speaking call is a live, back-and-forth conversation, never AI and never a recording. Your child can ask Santa anything, like what Mrs. Claus is baking or how Rudolph is feeling, and he answers right then and there.
How do I get Santa to call my child?
Pick a day and time. Santa starts calling the day after Thanksgiving, from 10am to 8pm Central.
Tell the Elves a few magical details. Share your child's best friend, teacher, pets, favorite toys and wish list.
Keep your phone close. Santa calls during the hour you picked. Put him on speaker so everyone can hear!
What will Santa talk about?
It starts with a warm, jolly Ho Ho Ho. Santa chats about the reindeer, what Mrs. Claus has in the oven and where your child stands on the Nice List, with a few tips for staying there. If your family is game, he may even sing a little Christmas carol.
How much does a call from Santa cost?
Early Bird (Nov 27 to Dec 7): $44.95
Holiday Countdown (Dec 8 to Dec 20): $49.95
Final Days (Dec 21 to Dec 23): $64.95
Christmas Eve Sleigh Takeoff (Dec 24): $79.95
Every call comes with a free keepsake recording, emailed to you after the call. Larger families can add a little extra time with Santa for $5.
What will show on my caller ID?
It usually shows "Restricted" or "Unknown," so turn off "Silence Unknown Callers" before your call and answer every call during your hour. Santa doesn't want to miss your child!
How long has Santa Speaking been doing this?
Santa Speaking has called more than 70,000 children since 2004 and has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, TODAY, Good Morning America and CNN.
One simple phone call, one magical memory
Kids start asking questions at six, seven, eight, so the believing years go by quickly. But the magical memory of Santa Claus stays with them for a lifetime. Sometimes that memory comes from one simple thing: the phone rings, and it's Santa.
