Dear friends,
Ho ho ho! It's Santa, and it is BUSY up here at the North Pole.
The Elves are working day and night in the workshop. There are paint cans everywhere, ribbon all over the floor and one Elf named Jingle who keeps falling asleep in the wrapping paper. The reindeer are practicing their takeoffs, and Rudolph has been polishing his nose every single morning.
And me? I'm getting ready to make my phone calls! Talking to you is one of my very favorite parts of Christmas. Every time I hang up, I pass my notes to the Elves so they know exactly what you're wishing for. Wish lists change fast, and we don't want to get it wrong!

Mrs. Claus's cinnamon chocolate chip cookies (I'd eat the whole jar if she'd let me)
A big mug of hot cocoa after a cold night of flying
A sleigh tune-up so Christmas Eve goes smoothly
More letters from children. I read every single one!
Kindness. When you're kind to someone, it makes my heart so happy.
